Recycling Process
1. Collection
We pick up broken, damaged, or unwanted pallets from your facility. No minimum quantity required.
2. Sorting
Pallets are sorted by condition and material. Repairable pallets go to refurbishment, others to recycling.
3. Dismantling
Non-repairable pallets are carefully dismantled. Nails and metal are removed for separate recycling.
4. Processing
Wood is ground into chips, mulch, or biomass fuel. Metal fasteners are sent to scrap metal recyclers.
5. Repurposing
Recycled materials find new life as mulch, animal bedding, biomass fuel, or composite materials.
6. Reporting
Receive detailed reports on recycled materials for your sustainability reporting and compliance.
