ISPM-15: International Shipping Standard
ISPM-15 (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) is the international standard for treating wood packaging materials used in international trade. All our export pallets comply with these requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Heat Treatment: Wood heated to 56°C (132.8°F) for minimum 30 minutes
- Marking: All treated pallets stamped with certification marks
- Documentation: Certificate of compliance provided with shipment
- No Bark: Wood must be debarked (except less than 3mm² bark patches allowed)
Why It Matters: Prevents spread of invasive pests and plant diseases across international borders
