What types of pallets do you offer?
We offer wood pallets (Grade A, B, and C), plastic pallets, block pallets, heat-treated pallets, and custom-sized pallets. We stock over 50,000 pallets at all times.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery in Montreal, next-day delivery to the Greater Montreal Area, and scheduled delivery throughout Quebec. Pickup is also available at our facility.
What are your business hours?
Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Sunday: Closed. Emergency services available 24/7 by appointment.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, checks, e-transfer, and direct deposit. Net 30 terms available for qualified businesses.
Buying Pallets
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for pickup orders. Delivery orders typically require 25-50 pallets minimum, depending on your location. Contact us for specific requirements.
Can I inspect pallets before purchasing?
Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our facility and inspect our inventory. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer significant discounts on bulk orders. Save up to 30% on orders of 500+ pallets. Contact our sales team for volume pricing.
What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?
Grade A pallets are like-new with minimal wear. Grade B are lightly used or refurbished. Grade C are well-used but functional. See our Grading System page for detailed information.
Selling Pallets
Do you buy used pallets?
Yes! We buy pallets in all conditions - new, used, damaged, or broken. Even pallets that can't be repaired have value for recycling.
How much do you pay for pallets?
Prices vary based on size, condition, and quantity. Grade A 48x40 pallets typically range from $8-$12 each. See our Sell Pallets page for current pricing.
How quickly can you pick up my pallets?
Same-day or next-day pickup is available in most areas. We work around your schedule to minimize disruption to your operations.
Do you pay immediately?
Yes! We can pay on pickup or within 24 hours via your preferred payment method (check, e-transfer, or direct deposit).
Repair & Recycling
Is it worth repairing pallets?
Yes! Repairing pallets costs 40-60% less than buying new. If a pallet has minimal damage, repair is almost always more cost-effective.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed within 24-48 hours. Rush service is available for urgent needs.
What do you do with recycled pallets?
Recycled pallets are turned into mulch, animal bedding, biomass fuel, or materials for new pallets. We have an 85% recycling rate.
Do you charge for recycling?
No, our recycling service is free for most pallets. In some cases, we may even pay you for recyclable pallets depending on condition and quantity.
