48" x 40" Dimensions
Perfect fit for 48-foot trailers - 26 pallets per trailer in single stack. Optimal for standard 20-foot and 40-foot shipping containers. Fits all standard warehouse racking systems across North America.
Load Capacity
2,500 lbs dynamic load rating for normal handling and transport. 4,600 lbs static load for warehouse storage. 1,500 lbs racking load for selective pallet racking systems. Meets or exceeds GMA specifications.
Construction Standards
Top deck: 7 boards using 3.5" and 2.5" widths. Bottom deck: 5 boards at 3.5" width. Three 48" stringers with notches for 4-way partial entry. Minimum 11-13 nails per board for structural integrity.
